What you will be working with As a Support Agent in the Community team at Tiptapp, you will possess a thorough knowledge of every aspect of the app and a deep understanding of its functionality to best serve our users. Your primary role will involve responding to incoming messages from our users through our email support and chat platforms, where you will also need to liaise with both advertisers and helpers. It's crucial that you guide our users in the right direction and ensure their questions are answered in a friendly, professional, and informative manner. Effective copywriting skills in both Swedish and English are essential for this part of the role, as you will be crafting clear and concise content that helps our users get the most out of Tiptapp. Please note that this is a temporary 8-month position covering a parental leave, offering a unique opportunity to become part of Tiptapp’s journey during an exciting phase of international growth.   • Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are a bonus!)
  • Meticulous with the ability to notice small but crucial details and patterns
  • Able to adapt and support users in different situations
  • Comfortable handling heated situations and able to work under pressure
  • See yourself working with community support and service

Our team is small and transparent. Experience in customer support is a strong advantage, but not a requirement — we highly value personality, curiosity, and a get-things-done attitude.
