HR Coordinator

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, scheduling support, compliance, employee relations, staffing, and other office functions. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with talent acquisition. The ideal candidate has HR experience, works independently, and maintains confidentiality and professionalism. This is a part-time position. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring Post job openings on hiring platforms and social media Review applications and schedule interviews Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Conduct reference and background checks Assist with orientation and onboarding of new employees Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee files and HR records Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Track employee certifications, licenses, and training requirements Assist with payroll information and timesheet collection Maintain confidentiality of employee information Employee Support: Answer employee questions regarding policies and procedures Assist with performance documentation and disciplinary records Support employee engagement and workplace communication Help resolve employee concerns professionally Administrative Duties: Prepare HR reports and documentation Maintain scheduling and attendance records Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and orientations Support management with administrative HR tasks Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous HR, office administration, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems Ability to multitask and work independently Preferred Skills: Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices Experience with payroll or HR software Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and time management Work Schedule: Full-time or part-time depending on company needs May require occasional evenings or weekends Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage or salary Opportunities for growth and advancement Apply To This Job
