Experienced Student Success Coach – Academic Support and Guidance for Aspiring College Students

As a Student Success Coach, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to helping students succeed. The Role As a Student Success Coach, you'll play a critical role in supporting students throughout their education program with arenaflex. Your primary responsibility will be to work with each student to empower them to do their best work, overcome challenges, and develop the skills to become lifelong learners. You'll work with students over the phone and respond to inquiries received through our systems, providing a trusted and supportive environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience
• Manage a group of assigned students and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach
• Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success
• Provide a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
• Offer and teach students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student
• Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
• Be a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
• Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling essential
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
• Strong customer support focus and attention to details What We Offer

• Become a Certified Professional Resume Writer through paid certification by PARWCC (Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches)

Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. • 8 hour shift
• Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm CDT
• Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm CDT
• We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students.
