Airline Pilot (A320)

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Full time, Permanent Employment Initial 1-year contract that is renewed annually for a minimum of 3 years Monthly Salary : USD 9,500 + 600 USD (Housing allowance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Airbus A320 aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, and aircraft at all times
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel calculations, and route review
  • Execute all phases of flight (pre-flight, takeoff, cruise, landing, post-flight) with precision and professionalism
  • Collaborate effectively with cabin crew and ground personnel to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain situational awareness and make timely decisions in both normal and abnormal situations
  • Ensure compliance with aviation authorities (e.g. ICAO, local CAAS regulations)
  • Complete accurate and timely flight documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • Holds a valid ATPL with current type rating on the A320 (A318 / A319 / A320 / A321)
  • Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate
  • ICAO English Level 4 or higher (verbal and written)
  • Minimum of 3,500 total flight time
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours as Commander
