Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Remote Data Entry & Customer Data Platform (CDP) Product Leader to join our growing team. This role is a hybrid blend of technical stewardship, strategic product ownership, and hands‑on data management. You will be the champion of arenaflex’s real‑time CDP—built on the arenaflex Experience Platform (AEP)—ensuring it delivers maximum value to internal marketing, analytics, and product teams while maintaining the highest standards of data quality, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership: Manage and maintain the arenaflex Experience Platform (AEP) real‑time CDP to meet evolving business requirements across sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Configuration & Development: Lead new feature development, configuration changes, and ongoing enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Technical Guidance: Serve as the go‑to expert for internal stakeholders, providing clear, actionable advice on segment building, data ingestion, and CDP best practices.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, coordinating with IT, external consultants, and arenaflex support teams to implement robust solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, product, marketing, and analytics teams to align platform capabilities with strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Industry & Best‑Practice Monitoring: Stay current on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and industry standards related to data platforms, privacy, and customer experience.
  • Audit & Governance: Conduct daily health checks, data quality audits, and compliance reviews to ensure the CDP operates at peak efficiency.
  • Education & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs that upskill internal teams on effective CDP usage, data stewardship, and analytics integration.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with arenaflex support and third‑party consulting partners to drive product improvements, negotiate workarounds, and influence the product roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Need to Succeed)

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with technical data platforms, preferably the arenaflex Experience Platform or a comparable solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; you can translate technical concepts into clear, business‑focused language for non‑technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive decision‑making.
  • Commitment to data security, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • U.S. work authorization and age 18 or older.

Preferred Qualifications (Competitive Edge)

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with customer data platforms such as arenaflex Experience Platform, arenaflex C360, or Segment.
  • Successful track record of managing and scaling complex enterprise‑level data architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry‑standard data handling practices.
  • Background in large‑scale e‑commerce or digital media environments, with a focus on optimizing the customer journey.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API integrations.
