Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update patient, provider, and operational data into arenaflex’s secure, cloud‑based database systems.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of each entry by cross‑checking source documents, electronic forms, and system prompts.
  • Conduct routine data audits, identify discrepancies, and resolve errors in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and arenaflex’s internal privacy policies.
  • Document data entry activities, log changes, and generate audit trails for regulatory reporting.
  • Communicate proactively with remote team members, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to ensure data consistency.
