Job Description

The role entails implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve the Company’s objectives within the assigned territory. The Sr. Account Manager demonstrates strong technical expertise in qPCR, dPCR, and Sequencing, establishing credibility to influence critical decisions on technology adoption and product selection. Drives growth across Research markets by leveraging business insight, market knowledge, and customer engagement to deliver profitable initiatives and accelerate sales performance.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets by driving business growth and supporting successful NPI launches. Continuously evaluate and optimize sales strategies to maximize business performance. Maintain a strong level of expertise across technical applications, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the business area. Maintain accurate territory and action plans through effective forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and CRM utilization, proactively identifying risks and implementing actions to drive business continuity and sales performance. Develop reference sites and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen market presence and customer advocacy. Qualifications / Experience Required Academic degree (minimum MSc) in Biology, Life Sciences, or related scientific field. 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably within Life Sciences or Molecular Biology markets. Good English communication skills. Preferred location: Lombardy West. Valid driver’s license.
