Join arenaflex: Where Data Meets Purpose in the Skies

At arenaflex, we believe that connecting people to what truly matters in their lives is one of the most meaningful missions a company can pursue. For decades, arenaflex has been recognized across industries as a leader in customer-focused excellence, operational integrity, and innovative thinking. Today, we invite talented professionals to join our remote workforce as a Senior SCM Operations Data Analytics Analyst, where your analytical expertise will directly shape the future of supply chain strategy and operational efficiency.

This isn't simply a remote data entry job — it is an opportunity to be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a catalyst for organizational transformation. As part of our dynamic Supply Chain Management Operations Team, you will develop powerful business intelligence solutions, craft compelling data visualizations, and unlock insights that influence decisions at the highest levels of the company. If you are passionate about turning raw data into meaningful narratives, arenaflex is the place where your career can truly take flight.

Why This Role Matters at arenaflex

The Senior SCM Operations Data Analytics Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting arenaflex's broader purpose. Every day, our SCM team works to ensure that the products, services, and resources needed to serve our customers are optimized for performance, cost, and reliability. Your work will help stakeholders across multiple departments understand spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and measure the success of strategic initiatives through clear, actionable reporting.

You will be more than a data professional — you will be a trusted partner to leadership, a collaborator across departments, and an architect of the analytical frameworks that keep arenaflex operating at peak performance. Whether you are working from a home office, a hybrid setup, or one of our regional facilities in Colorado, you will be empowered to drive results, innovate freely, and grow your career in an environment that values curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets using techniques such as data mining, statistical modeling, and cost-benefit analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement across the Supply Chain Management Department.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms that translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, blending and manipulating data from multiple sources to streamline manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in data extraction, collection, integration, transformation, and analysis from various enterprise data systems, including large-scale databases.
  • Partner with internal customers and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver analytical solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Support the SCM Department and broader internal customers through reporting, advanced analysis, dashboard development, and application enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on strategic projects, contributing analytical insights and project leadership for medium-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data and system issues that impact the accuracy, timeliness, or quality of analytical deliverables.
  • Calculate total cost of ownership (TCO), cost savings, and key performance indicators (KPIs) by building sophisticated models using multiple datasets.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, methodologies, and emerging technologies in data analytics, data science, and business intelligence.
  • Perform additional job duties as directed by leadership, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities We Value

To thrive in this role at arenaflex, you should bring a unique blend of technical acumen, business understanding, and interpersonal skills. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Technical Mastery: Skilled in collecting, organizing, transforming, cleaning, visualizing, and assimilating data — including the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
  • Problem-Solving Excellence: Ability to identify complex issues, review related data, develop and evaluate options, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Stakeholder Fluency: Demonstrated ability to understand stakeholders' needs, adapt your approach accordingly, and facilitate data sharing between external customers and the SCM team to build data structures that meet user requirements.
  • Resource Integration: Capacity to gather data from multiple and diverse sources while solving multifaceted problems and delivering accurate results.
  • Independence and Accountability: Proven ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision, meet customer timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Collaboration: Comfort working in team-based environments and across departments on strategic initiatives that drive organizational value.

Education and Experience Requirements

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Required Experience

Advanced-level experience, professional expertise, and specialized knowledge in the following areas:

  • Working within analytical, data science, or data-centric environments.
  • Data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture design.
  • Management of large datasets using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or equivalent technologies, with a strong understanding of ETL functionality.
  • Data evaluation and visualization tools, including Advanced Excel, Quickbase, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or comparable platforms.
  • Building complex models using multiple datasets to calculate TCO, cost savings, KPIs, and similar business metrics.
  • Leading medium-scale enterprise projects from conception through delivery.

Preferred Certifications and Specialized Experience

While not required, candidates with certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or project management — or those with experience in supply chain analytics, logistics optimization, or aviation industry data — will be given additional consideration.

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Ability to perform work responsibilities from a workstation, desk, or office setting for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with others in the English language to meet the demands of the role.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the position.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
