Fractional Chief Operating Officer (Path to FT) National Nonprofit | Autism Employment | Remote

- Leading and standardizing operations across a national chapter network
- Streamlining systems, workflows, SOPs and digital platforms to scale efficiently
- Partner on fundraising, grants, and corporate sponsorship execution
- Cultivating employer and partner relationships to drive job placement
- Translating strategic plans into measurable operational goals
