Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Online Party Planner to join our team. As an Online Party Planner, you will collaborate with clients to create unforgettable virtual experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Coordinate and plan online parties, virtual events, and social gatherings, ensuring all logistics are meticulously managed.
  • * Work with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and needs for each event.
  • * Select appropriate online platforms for events, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and others.
  • * Research and recommend online entertainment options, such as virtual games, entertainment acts, and interactive activities.
  • * Source virtual party supplies, such as digital invitations, event decorations, and interactive tools.
  • * Collaborate with vendors and entertainers to ensure smooth execution.
  • * Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions for the event while maintaining quality.
  • * Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after the event to ensure satisfaction.
  • * Ensure all events run smoothly by troubleshooting technical issues when necessary.
  • * Stay updated on the latest trends in online events and incorporate fresh ideas into party planning.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Proven experience in event planning or party coordination, with a focus on virtual events.
  • * Strong understanding of various online event platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
  • * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
