Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to support our bustling airport operations hub. This role blends front‑line passenger assistance with precise data handling, ticketing, and baggage management. Key Responsibilities

  • Baggage Handling: Label, lift, and transport luggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling items ranging from floor‑level to mid‑level heights.
  • Security Compliance: Practice and enforce security‑aware behaviors throughout all operational cycles, adhering to arenaflex’s strict safety policies.
  • Information Management: Assist passengers with seat assignments, flight status inquiries, and boarding documentation, while safeguarding personal data.

Essential Qualifications
