As a Consultant, Global Equity focused on data entry, you will become an essential part of arenaflex’s equity administration team. This team safeguards the integrity of long‑term incentive plans, stock‑based compensation, and equity‑related transactions that empower our employees worldwide. Your work will directly support the accurate processing of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock option awards—critical components of arenaflex’s talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly data audits: Conduct proactive audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Equity award processing: Accurately process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock option matching ratio awards.
  • Transaction verification: Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan actions—to guarantee timely and correct execution.
  • Stakeholder support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Plan enrollment assistance: Aid in the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery and stock purchase plan enrollment processes.
  • Ad‑hoc reporting and analytics: Generate data‑driven reports that inform operational decisions and enhance transparency.
  • Documentation maintenance: Review, update, and preserve equity administration policies and procedural documentation.
  • Additional equity‑plan duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the broader equity administration function.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Understanding of HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and the flow of data between systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to turn findings into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with equity‑plan software (e.g., E*TRADE, Fidelity, or internal platforms).
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards related to equity compensation (ASC 718, IFRS 2).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, or other data‑analysis tools.
