Position Overview

We are actively seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Janesville, WI call center as Hybrid Inbound Customer Service Representatives. This full‑time role is the front line of our customer experience team, handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, providing accurate product information, and resolving order‑related issues with professionalism and speed. The position starts with an intensive eight‑week onsite training academy, after which qualified team members transition to a flexible hybrid schedule—three days in the office and two days remote, with the option to increase remote days after six months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly, maintaining a friendly and solution‑oriented tone.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships by actively listening, empathizing, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with sales colleagues, inventory specialists, and technical support teams to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously—order entry, pricing tools, CRM, and knowledge bases—to process orders, verify product availability, and manage account details.
  • Identify and correct pricing or invoicing discrepancies, apply credits, and execute return procedures in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future reference and analytics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering feedback on call scripts, system enhancements, and training materials.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or retail environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with clear diction and a professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to commute reliably to the arenaflex Janesville facility and maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace for remote days.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple PC‑based applications simultaneously; comfort with Windows operating systems and standard office software.
  • Stable broadband internet connection meeting or exceeding 5 Mbps upload, 15 Mbps download, and a ping of less than 80 ms (proof of speed required).
  • Basic math skills for order verification, pricing calculations, and credit applications.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise‑level CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with industrial or B2B product catalogs, inventory management concepts, or supply‑chain terminology.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Compensation & Benefits (General Overview)
