Associate Account Manager
MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. They are seeking an Associate Account Manager to support expansion and revenue growth across assigned existing customers, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing customers
- Identify growth opportunities based on customer needs and product usage
- Conduct business reviews and support account growth planning
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to execute expansion opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management
- Experience working with customer accounts and identifying revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- Adaptability, organization, and a customer-first
- Healthcare foodservice or senior living experience (nice to have)
