Recruiting Coordinator (Part Time/Contract)
Beacon Hill is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team in a contract, part-time capacity. This role will primarily focus on back-end recruiting coordination and candidate evaluation, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate phone screens and initial interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to recruiters
- Coordinate candidate movement throughout the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and assist with logistics as needed
- Provide day-to-day support to recruiters across multiple requisitions
- Screen and interview candidates before presenting them to recruiters for further consideration
- Partner closely with the recruiting team
- Provide scheduling support and coordination as needed
Skills
- 1-3+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting experience
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and communicate recommendations
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
