Role Overview

The Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager position is a gateway role for ambitious professionals who want to combine analytical rigor with hands‑on sales outreach. You will be responsible for identifying high‑potential sellers, onboarding them onto arenaflex’s platform, and driving product selection, pricing, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Intelligence & Strategy

  • Develop a deep understanding of the 3P marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging product categories.
  • Conduct gap analyses on product assortments and recommend go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies to attract high‑value sellers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing shifts, and promotional tactics to inform internal decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, marketing, operations, and finance—to align marketplace initiatives with broader corporate goals.

Seller Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, prospect, and engage high‑potential sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and targeted events.
  • Present arenaflex’s value proposition, highlighting data‑driven insights that help sellers improve fulfillment, customer experience, and revenue.
  • Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate data entry, catalog creation, and compliance with platform policies.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, sharing best practices for online selling, inventory management, and performance analytics.

Account Management & Growth

  • Maintain strong, consultative relationships with existing sellers, acting as their primary point of contact for strategic advice.
  • Analyze seller performance metrics, delivering actionable recommendations to boost sales velocity, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Facilitate resolution of vendor‑related issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders such as legal, logistics, and customer support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback loops to refine onboarding workflows and marketplace tools.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, consumer packaged goods (FMCG), or related industries.
  • Performance Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets using consultative, solution‑oriented selling techniques.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with CRM or marketplace platforms is a plus.
