Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative (Full Benefits)

arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Review Team. This fully remote position offers flexible shift options across EST, CST, and PST time zones, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a clear pathway for professional advancement. You will serve as a critical liaison between beneficiaries, providers, and internal stakeholders, handling inquiries, processing appeals, and ensuring timely, accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helpline Management: Answer beneficiary calls using the hunt‑group system, assess needs, and either resolve issues directly or refer callers to appropriate external agencies while documenting referrals in the CMS system.
  • Correspondence Creation & Proofreading: Draft, merge, proof, and mail letters and other communications, ensuring grammatical accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to compliance timelines.
  • Data Validation & Intake: Retrieve, verify, and enter medical records, notices, and appeal documentation into arenaflex’s systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Quality Assurance: Utilize internal quality‑control tools to evaluate personal work and team processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to continuous‑quality initiatives.
