The Role We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb‑stopping videos that convert. This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real‑time performance data. You’ll work inside U.S.-based pods, collaborating in real time within a high‑accountability, performance‑first environment. What You’ll Do Edit high‑performing short‑form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts ⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly Own edits end‑to‑end while staying open to feedback ⚖️ Manage multiple fast‑turn projects without dropping quality 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred) Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography) Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts ️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams Bonus Points For ⏩ Your ideas go straight to market — no “client delays” Millions of eyes on your work — your reel grows fast Fully remote, international creative community This is where creative ambition meets algorithmic fuel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
