The role is remote with occasional travel and is ideally based in the Southern California area. Accountabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, or High School diploma with 9+ years in supply chain, procurement, reputed company, or reputed company fields.
• Direct experience in procurement or subcontract management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, processes, or cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing strategies, and supplier performance management.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export compliance requirements.
• Experience with pre- and post-award procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in reputed company, regulated environments with strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Preferred: experience with budgeting, earned value management (EVM), and technical/engineering requirements.
