CAD Drafting: Update Title Blocks & Clean Up 14-Page Drawing Set (Portland, OR)

• *Job Description:**

We are a high-end general contracting and consulting firm looking for an experienced, detail-oriented CAD drafter to take an existing set of architectural/structural plans and prepare them for our engineering team. The project consists of 14 essential pages of drawings currently in CAD format. At this time it is more of a paste and copy process with updating title blocks. Once engineers finish their work, it might come back another time for final polishing by you.

Ecosystem Import:

Bring the existing CAD files cleanly into your drafting ecosystem.

Title Block Update:

Replace and update all existing title blocks with our clean, standardized project title blocks across all 14 sheets.

Sheet Standardization:

Ensure proper layer management, clean up text scaling, fix line weights, and ensure overall professional visual alignment.

Deliverables:

Provide fully updated, organized DWG source files alongside a clean, professional multi-page PDF set ready to be forwarded directly to our structural/civil engineers.

• *Requirements:**

• Proven experience setting up and managing multi-page construction document sets.

• High attention to detail regarding line weights, sheet organization, and title block data.
• Quick turnaround and solid communication.
• Familiarity with Pacific Northwest/Oregon building document standards is a plus, though the job is fully remote.
