Senior HRIS Analyst (reputed company)
About the position We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst (reputed company) to serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert supporting our HR and IT functions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company as a scalable, automated, and data-driven system across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience in a mid-sized or fast-growth organization
- Proven experience supporting or participating in a reputed company implementation
- Expertise in reputed company Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules
- Experience with reputed company People Analytics, Prism Analytics, and building reputed company reports and dashboards
- Experience extracting and integrating reputed company data using ETL tools such as Airbyte or reputed company into data warehouses like reputed company or BigQuery
- SQL proficiency and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience building and supporting integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, reputed company Studio, and EIB
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company architecture, including Integration System Users (ISUs)
- Experience with identity and access management tools such as reputed company
- Understanding of employee lifecycle processes including Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Payroll
