- Delivering Outstanding Customer Support: Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email using established call flow guides and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Resolving Customer Inquiries: Address routine questions and concerns regarding client products, services, billing, and account management with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues, walking them through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner.
- Data Management and Documentation: Track, document, and retrieve customer information using internal databases and CRM platforms, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: Must be a recent graduate of an accredited medical training program, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum foundation. Some positions may require an associate degree, two-year medical certification, or equivalent credential.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of customer service experience in any industry, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Readiness: Access to a quiet, distraction-free home workspace, a reliable desktop or laptop computer, and high-speed wired internet connection (wireless hotspots and satellite connections are not permitted). A smartphone is also required.
