Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused individual to support both our social media presence and customer service operations. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management and Content Creation
- Assist in managing and curating engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, audience comments, and direct messages, responding in a timely, personable, and brand-aligned manner.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to brainstorm fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, seasonal promotions, and content calendars that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, compiling data and insights into regular reports that evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategy.

Customer Service and Customer Experience Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Address and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution and maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
- Escalate complex or sensitive customer inquiries to appropriate team members or departments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Work Schedule and Location
