General Counsel – Part-time

As General Counsel, you will: • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters including reputed company, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation. • Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and reputed company for our various legal entities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, while protecting the company’s interests. • Inform the operations team on the legal impact and implications of business reputed company; helping the team balance and understand risks. • reputed company and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Manage and reputed company legal disputes and litigation, including working with external counsel reputed company required. • Participate in developing the strategy for mergers and company acquisitions.
