Technical Project Manager
Working hours: 7AM to 3PM EST
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Development organization and support a team building design templates and web capabilities for our Web Manager platform. Web Manager is a website management and hosting platform similar to Wix, tailored for healthcare and legal professionals. The platform enables customers to create, manage, and scale their websites through customizable templates, integrations, and web-based tools. In this role, you will work closely with frontend engineers, backend engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure the successful delivery of new features and improvements to the platform. This role sits inside the engineering organization and requires someone comfortable operating in a modern web product environment.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of web application features and initiatives across cross-functional engineering teams Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering leads to translate product requirements into clear delivery plans Coordinate the development and launch of web platform features, template systems, and integrations Manage dependencies across frontend, backend, and platform teams Track project milestones, delivery risks, and team progress Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives Ensure clear communication between engineering, product, and business stakeholders Help teams identify and resolve blockers related to technical dependencies, APIs, and system integrations Contribute to improving delivery processes, documentation, and team collaboration practices Track delivery health through metrics such as velocity, cycle time, incident rates, and release stability Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical project management or technical program management Experience working directly with software engineering teams building web applications Experience delivering web-based products or SaaS platforms Strong understanding of Agile development practices Experience managing projects involving APIs, integrations, and web services Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA) Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and delivery risks clearly to stakeholders Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on website builders, CMS platforms, eCommerce platforms, or web hosting products Experience supporting teams working with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) Familiarity with microservices architectures and cloud-based systems Experience working in high-traffic web platforms or consumer-facing products PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications What Success Looks Like Successful candidates in this role typically have experience: Working closely with engineering teams building web products Coordinating delivery of frontend and backend features Managing dependencies across APIs, services, and platform components Delivering iterative improvements to web applications used by large numbers of customers Apply To This Job
