Responsibilities: Monitor, control, and suggest improvements to QA processes for different projects/products. Organize and cooperate with QA specialists on different projects. Set priorities, review tests, and coordinate QA activities. Coordinate Automation and Performance testing activities. Work closely with the development teams on delivering high-quality products. Participate in product releases and identify testing efforts. Hands-on involvement in product(s) testing in urgent cases. QA competencies, skills management, and development. Identify skills gaps and plan for training and education sessions. Organize new members' onboarding. Test risk management. Requirements: 2-4 years of professional experience in software QA. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
