They are seeking an experienced enterprise SaaS product leader to serve as VP of Product, responsible for defining the company's long-term platform strategy and guiding a growing product organization to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and articulate the company’s product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap
  • Set product priorities and make high‑impact trade‑offs that drive customer and business outcomes
  • Lead the evolution of EnergyHub’s platform to support scale, reuse, and long‑term leverage
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go‑to‑Market leaders to deliver high‑quality products
  • Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing product organization

Skills

  • 10+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven success with enterprise B2B SaaS products and multi-year product strategy
  • Strong business ownership mindset
  • Technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Experience evolving products into platforms or ecosystem
  • Executive presence with the ability to align and influence senior stakeholders and customers
  • Experience in regulated enterprise industries (e.g., energy, finance, healthcare)
  • Background in developer-facing products, APIs, or platforms
  • Passion for the energy transition and EnergyHub's mission
