[Remote] VP - Product Management

They are seeking an experienced enterprise SaaS product leader to serve as VP of Product, responsible for defining the company's long-term platform strategy and guiding a growing product organization to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and articulate the company’s product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap
- Set product priorities and make high‑impact trade‑offs that drive customer and business outcomes
- Lead the evolution of EnergyHub’s platform to support scale, reuse, and long‑term leverage
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go‑to‑Market leaders to deliver high‑quality products
- Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing product organization
Skills
- 10+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles
- Proven success with enterprise B2B SaaS products and multi-year product strategy
- Strong business ownership mindset
- Technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Experience evolving products into platforms or ecosystem
- Executive presence with the ability to align and influence senior stakeholders and customers
- Experience in regulated enterprise industries (e.g., energy, finance, healthcare)
- Background in developer-facing products, APIs, or platforms
- Passion for the energy transition and EnergyHub's mission
