[Remote] Engineering Intern
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Engineering Internship program offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work on real-world projects while developing key skills and insights into the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on training to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills. Connect with people and work on building key personal and trusted relationships to foster communication
- Analyze and anticipate business needs, identify challenges, and learn healthcare-related issues/regulations
- Work on long-term projects to help solve a business problem. Assist with brainstorming ideas and bringing a creative and curious mind to help elevate the business
- Partner with mentors to help improve financial outcomes and patient experiences supporting our revenue cycle management
- Participate in development and gain exposure into various areas of the business
- Gain insight and understanding of processes in an agile environment that help drive the business
- Work with mentors to better understand metrics contributing to overall performance measurement
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Expected graduation: May/June 2026, December 2026, or May/June 2027
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Interest in working with Microsoft Azure and modern development frameworks
- Eager to learn and take feedback from a mentor who wants to help you grow and prepare you for the workforce
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
