Responsibilities • Assist customers with questions reputed company to reputed company software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs. • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'brick and mortar' call center environment. • Take ownership of customer issues in order to provide confident resolution. • Maintain a quiet, uninterrupted workspace and an organized desk area. • Meet technology requirements including a personal computer, broadband internet reputed company, Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software, and a wired USB headset with microphone. Skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software. • Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc. • Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. • Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution. • Tech savvy and reputed company computer user. • Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor. • Quiet, uninterrupted space • Organized desk area • Personal computer (no tablet) • Broadband internet reputed company, at least 10 Mbps download speed • Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet) • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system • Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date • Wired USB headset with microphone • Mac acceptance is limited to reputed company-based machines with Windows 11 installed reputed company reputed company’s Boot Camp utility. • No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during Working Solutions working time.
