As a Product Manager V, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital solutions that improve the experience for both patients and clinicians, focusing on custom manufacturing of O&P products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Modern Product Development: Guide cross-functional teams using agile, human-centered, and data-informed product management practices
  • Shape Product Vision and Strategy: Partner with leadership to define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with Hanger’s mission
  • Drive Discovery and Experimentation: Collaborate with design and engineering to validate assumptions through interviews, prototypes, and measurable experiments
  • Prioritize with Purpose: Maintain a living product roadmap and backlog that balance user needs, business value, and technical sustainability
  • Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Define success metrics and ensure each release delivers tangible value to clinicians, patients, or operations
  • Enable High-Performing Teams: Act as a servant leader — facilitating sprint events, clearing blockers, and fostering a culture of trust, growth, and accountability
  • Partner Across the Business: Work closely with manufacturing, clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment and impact across the organization
  • Manage External Relationships: Identify and evaluate third-party partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee integrations that enhance product capabilities
  • Launch, Measure, and Learn: Lead post-launch validation to confirm performance, gather feedback, and inform continuous improvement
  • Communicate with Clarity: Present product insights, results, and learnings to leadership and peers with influence and transparency

Skills

  • Proven success defining and delivering digital products using lean, agile, or Pivotal-style practices
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of related experience. At this level, postgraduate coursework may be expected
  • 5+ years leading agile, cross-functional product team
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
  • Strong product strategy, discovery, and prioritization abilities
  • Skilled in business analysis, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Aha!, Lucid, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
