[Remote] Salesforce CPQ Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hexaware Technologies is a leading global IT Services company focused on driving digital transformation and innovation. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Functional Consultant to drive transformation across Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Cash processes, working closely with stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Operations to gather and document requirements
• Lead workshops to understand current-state processes and define future-state business capabilities
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Act as liaison between business users, architects, developers, QA, and implementation partners
• Analyze and design solutions for product catalog and product hierarchy, bundles, nested bundles, and product configuration
• Define business rules for pricing, promotions, entitlements, and commercial structures
• Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process optimization
• Work closely with finance and operations teams to align quoting, contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, backlog items, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning
• Lead UAT planning and execution with business users
• Develop training materials and support business adoption

Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in CRM / Revenue Transformation programs
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Operations (RevOps)
• Experience with Product catalog modeling
• Pricing and discount frameworks
• Subscription management
• Contract lifecycle management
• Renewal and amendment processes
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Billing systems such as: Oracle NetSuite
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Ability to create process flows, functional documentation, and business cases
