[Remote] Production Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ForceBrands is a company seeking a Production Designer for a fully remote, 3+ month contract position. The role involves producing, resizing, and managing high volumes of digital marketing assets across various channels while ensuring adherence to brand standards and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce, resize, and version high volumes of digital marketing assets across multiple channels
• Adapt approved creative for various formats and placements
• Partner with designers, creative leads, and project managers to execute campaigns on time
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines

Skills

• Expert-level Figma and Adobe Photoshop skills
• Experience creating large volumes of digital asset variations for marketing campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio required: Please include examples of high-volume digital production work, campaign resizing and versioning, multi-format marketing assets (display, social, digital, email, etc.)
• Experience with Bannerflow, motion design, or creative automation tools
• Experience supporting performance marketing, paid social, display advertising, or digital campaign production
• Comfortable working from established creative and brand systems rather than developing net-new concepts
