Why This Role Matters

The Senior Data Analyst you will become is a cornerstone of the Pack Experimentation & Insight team, a dedicated group that fuels the strategic direction of arenaflex’s bundled subscription offerings (including the arenaflex streaming platform, the arenaflex+ premium service, and the arenaflex Sports+ channel). By translating massive data sets into actionable business insights, you will help our product, marketing, and engineering teams make data‑driven decisions that accelerate subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify the most pressing strategic challenges related to subscription pack trends, churn drivers, and growth opportunities.
  • Design and maintain a continuous insight pipeline, ensuring that analysts, product managers, and marketers receive a steady flow of high‑quality data and recommendations.
  • Conduct deep‑dive pattern analyses, evaluating the impact of various drivers (pricing, content, promotions, user behavior) from multiple angles.
  • Segment and analyze audience groups to uncover hidden opportunities for pack expansion and cross‑sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional analytics teams (Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Marketing) to aggregate and harmonize data from disparate sources into a unified, business‑ready narrative.
  • Develop and validate predictive models using statistical, machine learning, and econometric techniques to forecast subscription uptake, churn, and lifetime value.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, compelling stories for senior stakeholders, delivering recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of rigorous A/B and multivariate tests that inform product feature rollouts, pricing experiments, and marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data hygiene, documentation, and reproducibility.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on analytical experience using Python, R, SAS, or comparable statistical tools, combined with strong SQL proficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data visualization.
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets, extract meaningful patterns, and synthesize insights from multiple data sources.
