Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the confidence that their move will go smoothly. Your core duties include:
- Greeting and assisting customers both inside the center and on the phone, providing clear explanations of rental options, pricing, and policies.
- Utilizing smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology to process rentals, track inventory, and generate accurate invoices.
- Physically moving, hooking up, and inspecting trucks, trailers, and moving equipment to guarantee safety and readiness.
- Conducting thorough equipment inspections, including fluid level checks, tire pressure, and cleanliness standards.
- Educating customers on proper equipment usage, safety protocols, and optional accessories such as hitches, trailer wiring, and propane tanks.
- Filling propane tanks (certification provided) and operating forklifts (certification provided) to manage inventory efficiently.
- Processing returns, reconciling rental agreements, and handling cash or electronic payments with precision.
- Maintaining a clean, organized lot and ensuring all safety signage and protective gear are in place.
- Participating actively in continuous learning sessions through arenaxflex University to stay current on product updates and service standards.
- Collaborating with teammates to meet daily operational targets and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications – The Essentials
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
- Ability to work the required schedule, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
