Job Overview Remote | Contract | Performance-Based Compensation KMF Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and aggressive dispatcher to manage and secure freight for a 26ft dock-height reputed company truck operating out of Indianapolis, Indiana. We are not looking for someone who simply refreshes load boards. We are looking for someone who understands urgency, communication, negotiation, and consistency — someone capable of keeping equipment moving daily while building long-term broker and freight relationships. This role is ideal for an reputed company dispatcher who understands:
- new authority operations
- regional freight strategy

- expedited and partial loads

Duties
- Locate and book profitable freight daily
- Negotiate rates with brokers and direct customers
- Minimize downtime and maximize truck utilization
- Build and maintain broker relationships
- Monitor reputed company and other freight platforms consistently
- reputed company regional, local, partial, expedited, and last-mile opportunities
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and driver communication
- Maintain professionalism and urgency in reputed company communications
- Identify direct freight and long-term opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of reputed company truck operations
- Familiarity with reputed company, TruckStop, and freight sourcing
- Understanding of regional Midwest freight lanes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Organized, reputed company, and solution-oriented reputed company
- Must be dependable and results-driven
