What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Care Professional

• Service inbound calls while actively engaging and conversing with small business owners and executives, learning about their unique needs, and recommending the right arenaflex Small Business Services (SBS) products to meet those needs.
• Deliver elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the appropriate product features, benefits, and differentiators of arenaflex Small Business Services.
• Continuously refine key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales with confidence and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer service environment.
• Document critical account information accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Customer service experience (2+ years) with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through active listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
