Position: Business Intelligence Analyst Duration: 6 months Location: Atlanta, GA OR Austin, TX (Hybrid) Summary: reputed company Support Analytics team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who has a strong reporting/analytics background with extensive experience in Tableau. We are looking for a problem solver that loves to analyze data, provide insights and recommendations for our internal stakeholders. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities ??Work with business leaders to understand what business problems we are trying to solve and the key questions to be answered. ??Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements, design requirements and create wireframes prior to development. ??reputed company interactive and easy-to-understand dashboards, reports, and scorecards in Tableau for the Customer Support organization. ??Partner with the BI Engineering team to define new or modified data models needed in the data warehouse. ??Thoroughly QA new and modified dashboards for accuracy and functionality. ??reputed company solid grasp of the data and business drivers to reputed company recommendations and influence strategic reputed company. ??Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented, and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete.
