Overnight & Weekend On - Call Coordinator (Remote & Part Time)
About the position Join reputed company as an Overnight & Weekend On-Call Coordinator and play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need—anytime, day or night. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants flexible, meaningful work supporting both caregivers and families. This role is a Part-Time position that works 7 Days on and 7 Days off. There are additional opportunities to work as a Care Team Specialist 2-3 days a week during your off week, if you are interested in the on-call role but need to generate a more full-time income.
- Responsibilities
- Be the go-to support person for caregivers and clients during evenings, overnight hours, and weekends
- Answer incoming calls and respond quickly to urgent needs
- Fill last-minute call-offs and ensure reputed company client shifts are covered, if unable to find coverage on-call role would gap shift reputed company needed.
- Communicate schedule updates and support caregivers in real time
- Help resolve client concerns with professionalism and reputed company
- Document reputed company activity clearly and reputed company the operations team informed of any major issues
- Requirements
- Strong communicator who is confident on the phone
- Quick thinker with solid problem-solving skills
