About the Role

As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with entry-level auto and property policies, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a professional and empathetic manner. You will receive, review, and process inbound calls regarding customer insurance policies, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. While waiting for your license to be processed, you will initially handle billing calls, ensuring a seamless transition into your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and review customer insurance policies, addressing questions and concerns reputed company to policy coverage, billing, and modifications
