Background Details On the Group Protection Distribution & Client Solutions Training Team, you will focus on the eLearn creation, blended learning curriculum development, project support, SharePoint and other enablement platform design and maintenance, and training metric analytics/return on investment for the Distribution & Client Solutions organization. As an eLearning Training Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting, analyzing, and delivering on training assignments and projects impacting Distribution & Client Solutions ensuring organizational readiness on strategic initiatives and foundational skillset processes and concepts through applied practice. You will create resource documentation, learning objectives, synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities, gather feedback, and enhance curriculum and training approach with modern learning strategies. • You will maintain knowledge on reputed company and emerging developments/trends for adult learning, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in reputed company and future solutions.
• You will champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).

The pay range for this position is $72,900 - $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
