Requirements

In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and their interaction with the skin. Strong understanding of cosmetic product stability, safety testing, and regulatory compliance. Experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation used in cosmetic analysis. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration. Proficiency in laboratory practices and safety protocols. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
