In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our customers, building strong relationships, guiding them through their automation journey, and ensuring successful delivery across the project lifecycle. Who you’ll report to: Senior Director of Professional Services, Engagement Management, USA Location: Remote role reputed company Colombia You will reputed company an impact by being responsible for: Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and building strong, long-term relationships Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, identify automation opportunities, and reputed company a clear roadmap for success Managing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales and scoping to implementation and post-go-live support Overseeing project teams, including solution architects, developers, and project managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and meet client expectations Proactively managing client expectations, communicating project reputed company, risks, and issues effectively Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and client satisfaction Identifying and developing new business opportunities reputed company existing client accounts OKRs including Delivery, reputed company, and P&L You will be a great fit if you have: 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally reputed company the enterprise software/SaaS or IT services/consulting industry Proven experience in managing reputed company projects from inception to completion Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Gen AI, and Intelligent Automation principles is a plus You reputed company in these key competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at reputed company levels Excellent project management and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ready to Revolutionize Work?
