Paralegal

SUMMARY This position will provide legal assistance to the attorneys representing the reputed company in reputed company aspects of legal case preparation and file management including legal research; analyzing law sources such as statutes, judicial reputed company, legal articles and legal codes; drafting reputed company documents; contacting and interviewing clients, attorneys and witnesses; and collecting documents and information relevant to cases. Assist Manager with docket management and case assignment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or Paralegal certification required. reputed company learning, as defined by AFHI’s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or reputed company toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged. Two (2) years of paralegal experience involving civil liability or workers compensation cases preferred. Prior experience with workers’ compensation claims is preferable but not essential.
