Represent the Solutions Engineering organization in regional business reviews, forecasting, and executive planning sessions. Build scalable processes for technical discovery, architecture design, POCs, workshops, and value-based evaluations. Act as a senior technical executive sponsor for key customers, helping shape reputed company observability strategies and long-term platform adoption. What makes you an ideal candidate 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Architecture, or similar. 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing SE teams, ideally in a Director-level role reputed company a SaaS or enterprise software company. Deep expertise in one or more of the following domains: AIOps, Digital Employee Experience, Cloud Observability, Network Observability, Infrastructure Observability, and/or Application Observability. Strong experience operating in fast-paced, competitive, high-growth SaaS environments.
