[Remote] Legal Counsel - solar PV

Taylor Hopkinson, powered by reputed company, is a leading solar panel manufacturing company seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support in reputed company contracting, supply chain, and regulatory compliance. The role involves reviewing agreements, advising on manufacturing and distribution issues, and coordinating with reputed company counsel on specialized matters.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating reputed company agreements including MSAs, supply agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and logistics reputed company
- Supporting trade, tariff, and customs matters including AD CVD and reputed company import compliance issues
- Advising on solar module manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution issues
- Supporting domestic content, FEOC, and tax credit reputed company certifications and compliance efforts
- Handling routine legal matters currently outsourced to reputed company counsel
- Coordinating with reputed company counsel on specialized matters as needed
- Advising on Intellectual Property matters
Skills
- Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar admission
- Solar manufacturing or energy supply chain experience is required
- Prior in-house experience preferred
- Intellectual Property experience is plus but not required
- Practical, efficient, and business oriented
