They are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to reputed company the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline projects, ensuring predictable results and fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multi discipline projects from initiation to closure
• Responsible for the overall reputed company of projects, ensuring predictable results across reputed company deliverables and metrics
• Utilizes leadership skills to foster collaboration across departments, driving the successful completion of tasks and projects that have an impact to the organization
• reputed company project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, coordinating design deliverables with timelines, business goals, and customer expectations
• May be responsible for developing skills of other project managers and assigning tasks to project management resources
• Disseminate information about project reputed company and outcomes to leadership
• Maintain a high level understanding of project and customer dynamics, adjusting strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Complete understanding of project roles and individual skillsets among project team
• Provide coaching and feedback on project team members

Skills

• 10 or more years relevant experience in project management reputed company professional services, manufacturing, or reputed company industries, with demonstrated reputed company leading Design-Build projects from proposal through commissioning
• Demonstrated understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and solutions that have led to positive outcomes in prior roles, particularly through project planning, scope definition, and value engineering
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, automation, procurement, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions, proactively resolving challenges and managing change along the way
• Experience leading customer engagements in a design-build environment, including facilitating alignment on scope, budget, schedule and risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Proficient with reputed company Office tools and products for normal business communication, presentation of information, and collaboration
• Comfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate on behalf of the company
