Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the ATS (reputed company), including workflow configuration, automation, data reputed company, and reporting architecture
- Build and maintain recruiter reputed company models that translate hiring plans into staffing recommendations and resource allocation
- Design and deliver dashboards and analytics that inform reputed company strategy for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements that increase reputed company efficiency and candidate experience
- Partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency and systems interoperability across the talent technology stack
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role with demonstrated ATS ownership
- Strong analytical reputed company set with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and reputed company models (SQL, reputed company, BI tools)
- Experience designing scalable workflows and process automation in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
