[Remote] Account Executive (United States)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Workyard is a high-growth startup developing an innovative workforce management platform specific to the construction industry. They are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to prospect and reputed company new business in the construction sector, focusing on strong outbound prospecting and full cycle closing.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly sales targets reputed company assigned territories
- Manage and optimize your business pipeline through focused prospecting
- With solid inbound pipelines, spend majority of the time in sales calls to prospects to set up demos, establish relationships, and reputed company deals for our B2B SaaS platform
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand a prospect’s needs and pain points and effectively communicate how Workyard will meet those needs
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and requirements
Skills
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally to SMB or Mid-Market customers
- Outstanding track record in outbound sales and/or sales development
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter reputed company
- Ability to reputed company solid interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with multiple levels reputed company client organizations, ranging from small to large organizations
- Strong, consistent work ethic
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Collaborative and team oriented
- Bachelor's Degree
- Construction industry knowledge a plus
