They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Fusion SCM Functional Analyst to support reputed company Fusion Supply Chain production systems, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder coordination, and reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide Business Operations support across reputed company SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents reputed company SLA
- reputed company issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
- reputed company war rooms with IT, Business and External Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions
- Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge reputed company, and process efficiency
Skills
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: CUS, FUL, GOP, OTC
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: PTD/PTR, STP, RTR (SCM touchpoints)
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: Reporting & Analytics, Integrations/Boundary Systems
- Required Skills: Strong reputed company Fusion SCM functional expertise
- Required Skills: Experience in production support & incident management
- Required Skills: Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
- Required Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good to Have: Telco Supply Chain experience
- Good to Have: Exposure to reputed company ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)
