The primary focus of this role is to generate new business for Software Sales and Consulting Services while managing high-profile existing customers to retain and expand reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Retain and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through strong relationships and strategic account planning
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise reputed company reputed company set portfolio
- Collaborate with reputed company and professional services teams to drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction
